This error can occur when the incorrect first name and last name are selected for the Related Records matching scenario in the formula.


Client action to take:

1. In Omatic Cloud, go to the Integrations/Formulas tab and click in the Action column to select Record Match Search


2. Click the pencil icon for Relationship Match Search


3. Select the correct First Name and Last Name fields for the relationship. In this example, the fields are Relationship First Name and Relationship Last Name


4. Click Save Search Scenario

5. Click Save and Reprocess


After the formula finishes reprocessing, the records will return to the Related Records bucket where they can be sent to RENXT.
