Answer:

When importing receipt amount to RENXT, there should not be a dollar sign ($) included. The RENXT Sky API does not accept dollar signs and will copy over the gift amount to the receipt amount.

If the formula source includes dollar signs with amounts, a Clean Up function can be applied to remove them.

1. Click the gear icon next to the Receipt Amount field and select Clean Up

2. In the Remove Custom Text field, type in $ and click Apply
