The Altru Data Source in Omatic Cloud uses the Blackbaud ID (BBID) of an Altru user.

To update an Altru Data Source in Omatic Cloud

1. In Omatic Cloud, click the Data Sources tab

2. Click the pencil icon on the Altru connection

3. Enter the new username and password and click Save
