The Encompass Email Campaign API endpoint does not include a filter for date parameters. Currently, when pulling email campaign activity, all activity for the campaign is returned and then Omatic Cloud discards the information that is not within the specified date range.

When selecting a large number of campaigns, this can cause the formula to take a long time to process.


On the Additional Encompass Settings page of the formula wizard, the recommendation is to select the five most recent email campaigns in the formula.
