When importing gifts to a batch in RENXT with table-based custom fields mapped, the row will land in Destination Exceptions with an error of: "Internal Server Error. Technical info: The requested operation could not be fulfilled".



The RENXT SKY API Gift Batch endpoint does not currently support table-based custom fields. Inquire with Blackbaud Support as to when this will be available.


The solution when using Omatic Cloud is dependent on your organization's business practices.


If gifts must be imported to a batch, the table-based custom field will need to be unmapped. 


If gifts can be imported directly to the constituent record, the batch number will need to be unmapped.
