In Omatic Cloud, you may select to automatically send ready records to the destination.


As the formula runs and records are pulled in, the records that route to Ready based on Triage rules are automatically sent to the destination.


When records are sent to Needs Attention, you may make an edit in the formula that causes those records to reprocess and subsequently route to Ready. These reprocessed records will remain in the Ready bucket until the next time the formula runs to pull in more records. 


The Review button for Ready will display as gray, but it is active. You can click into the Ready bucket to send those records now, or you can wait until the next scheduled data pull.
