In order to see the matched data in Omatic Cloud (OC) in the grids, the form has to be set up with specific fields that OC uses to match:

These are the field names which our matching uses to search in BBCRM - typically a combination of hits leads to a result - for example, First and Last name alone are not enough, needs another supporting piece of data like email address.


Single data form endpoint (custom or standard) will accept the matched record passed from OC.
