When creating a Classy Transaction Integration, you may want to include ticket event details. Meaning you would want to include ticket type, ticket quantity, and ticket amount to the fields available for mapping.

 

You can do this by selecting “Ticketing Event” under campaign types. Then select the desired Classy Campaign you would like to pull this data for. In addition, you will also need to check the box to “Include Ticketed Event Details” as seen below.

Note: You can only include 1 Classy Campaign per formula when pulling ticketed event details.
