The Engaging Networks API user is the account used to pull records for importing into Raisers Edge, and for adding or updating records in Engaging Networks when exporting from RE.
The user needs to have a permission group set up with all permissions granted.
2. Select Permission Groups
3. Select Create new group
4. Click to edit name and enter "Manage Supporters"
5. On the Permissions tab, select Edit permissions for Data Management and Data API
6. Select Grant all permissions for both Data Management and Data API
7. Select Save and close
8. Apply the Permission Group when creating the API User
