Description: This solution presents instructions on resetting your data source after a failed connection has been identified
If your BBCRM credentials change, it is critical to update the data source in Omatic Cloud. You can identify a failed connection by navigating to the Data Sources tab. In addition, you can also see a failed connection on any formulas that connects to the specific instance of BBCRM where credentials have been modified.
To update your data source, please follow the steps below:
- Click the Data Sources tab
- Select the pencil icon for the source where the connection has filed
- Enter your updated credentials
