Answer:

This error occurs because the subscription cannot be verified. 



There are a number of reasons this can happen:


  1. The subscription has expired. Please reach out to our Accounting Team to inquire about your invoice.
  2. Raisers Edge is not able to communicate with the subscription service. Please ensure your internet connection is up and that you can call out to our subscription service.
  3. The session token has expired. After Raisers Edge has been open for more than 24 hours, the connector session token will expire and RE will have to be closed and reopened. Please try logging out and back in to Raisers Edge before attempting to open or create a new profile.
