When setting up the integration between Omatic Cloud and outside systems, you can use the constituent ID from your data source to match to existing records in BBCRM. To accomplish this, you will need to add the Alternate Lookup ID type to BBCRM to store the constituent ID, if one does not already exist. 

For example: if you are syncing data from Luminate Online, you will want to create an Alternate Lookup ID type for Luminate Online to store the constituent ID in BBCRM. It will look something like this:

Step 1: In BBCRM, navigate to the Administration tab, then select Code Tables. 

Step 2: Select Biographical for the category, then click Apply. 

Step 3: Locate Alternate Lookup ID Type, and click the chevron to expand. Next, select Show lookup. 

Step 4: Select Add to create an additional Alternate Lookup ID Type.

Step 5: Enter a value in the Description text box, then click OK
