Answer:

This error occurs because the birth date field in Altru is a fuzzy date. The format the API is expecting is YYYYMMDD. 


If the date is formatted differently, such as MM/DD/YYYY, this error will be presented.


1. Go to the Data Mapping page in the formula

2. Click on the Gear icon next to the Birthdate field and select Clean up


3. Select the Date and time format: yyyyMMdd (19010101)


4. Click Apply

5. Click Apply Changes

6. Confirm the edits by clicking Yes, apply edits


7. Match the record again and send over with the new format
