You must grant permission within Engaging Networks to allow the IOM Connector to access the Engaging Networks API by adding the Omatic Cloud IP to the API user.

The IP address is: 

United States: 52.191.233.129/32
Canada: 20.39.142.15/32
 United Kingdom: 20.49.162.30/32

AUS: 20.53.95.120/32

1. In Engaging Networks, go to Account Settings

2. Select Users

3. Click on the Add API User button

4. Fill in the Email Address, Display Name, First Name, Last Name, and Group fields for your user. In Remote Address, enter 52.191.233.129~20.39.142.15~20.49.162.30 

5. If there is already an API user in Engaging Networks, click on that user's name to expand the settings and enter the Remote Address
