Answer:
If you are building your first formula within Omatic Cloud and have not yet established a connection to BBCRM, please follow this knowledge base solution
If you have already connected BBCRM to Omatic Cloud, you will need to add a new formula from the Data Queue page.
Select 'Emma' from the drop-down menu, then click 'Next'
Enter your credentials for Emma. You are required to provide the display name, account ID, public key, and private key.
To locate your account ID, public key, and private key in Emma, navigate to the drop-down menu next to your name in MyEmma and select 'Profile' on the top right-hand corner. Next, select 'API Key,' and enter the appropriate keys in the corresponding fields in Omatic Cloud. Once complete, select 'Next'
You will now be prompted to select your formula type. Below are the available formulas and their description.
- BBCRM Source to Emma Members: this formula type will pull individuals from a BBCRM query to send to Emma
- Emma Members to BBCRM Constituents: this formula type will send members from Emma to BBCRM
- Emma Subscribers to BBCRM Constituents: this formula type will pull subscribed constituents from Emma to BBCRM
- Emma Un-subscribers to BBCRM Constituents: this formula type will pull un-subscribed constituents from Emma to BBCRM
- Emma Activity to BBCRM: this formula type will pull email activity data from Emma to BBCRM
After you have selected the formula type you would like to use, please give it a relevant name. This display name will appear on your data queue page, so it is important to make it meaningful and easily distinguishable from other formulas.
Once you have given your formula a name, select 'Next'
If you have selected BBCRM Source to Emma Members, please follow this knowledge base solution on the next step
If you have selected Emma Members to BBCRM Constituents or Emma Un-subscibers to BBCRM constituents, please follow this knowledge base solution on the next step
Tip: we recommend setting the display name for this formula type as the subscription you will use from Emma. This will be a one-to-one match between formula type and subscription.
If you have selected Emma Activity Data to BBCRM, please follow this knowledge base solution on the next step
Next, you will be prompted to map your data. The fields available will be dependent on the formula type you choose. I.E., if you have selected BBCRM Source to Emma Members as your formula type, the Emma destination fields will appear on the far left-hand column. Whereas if you chose to send Emma data to BBCRM, the BBCRM destination fields will appear on the far left-hand column.
