Description: This solution discusses why Omatic Cloud Connectors may not be listed when creating a profile
When creating a new profile you will see the profile types for which you have a current subscription. For example, if you have Luminate Online, you will see those profile types listed.
If you try creating a new profile and the Connector is not listed, first ensure you are running ImportOmatic v 18.104.22.168 or higher.
If you are on a version of IOM 22.214.171.124 or higher and the Connector is still not listed, contact support to check your subscription status.
