When importing from Luminate Online using the eCommerce profile, there are nine different setting combinations to choose from. 

The configuration window shows the different combinations for how to import the payment amounts. 

The fields mapped to Gift ID and Gift Amount as well as the profile processing option whether to process split gifts depends on the combination selected in the configuration window.

Required Mapping/Setting for OCC eCommerce Profiles

1. Payment = Single Gift, Summarized; Shipping = Include shipping charges in gift amount
   
   • Gift ID Field – mapped to “TransactionId”
   • Gift Amount Field – mapped to “Payment - Amount”
   • Process Split Gifts = False
     
     
     
2. Payment = Single Gift, Summarized; Shipping = Isolate shipping charges
   
   • Gift ID Field – mapped to “TransactionId”
   • Gift Amount Field – mapped to “Payment - Amount”
   • Process Split Gifts = True
     
     
     
3. Payment = Single Gift, Summarized; Shipping = Do not include shipping charges
   
   • Gift ID Field – mapped to “TransactionId”
   • Gift Amount Field – mapped to “Payment - Amount”
