After updating to the Omatic Cloud Connectors, if you are unable to select the Import button you will need to choose one of your profiles as the default profile.

 

You can do this by opening the ImportOmatic Plug-In, then configuration, and then selecting the desired profile. Once the profile is selected then you will need to check the “Default Profile” checkbox on the top right corner of that profile. (As seen below)   


After selecting the checkbox then select "save and close". After saving the profile log out and back into The Raiser's Edge and then select the import button within the ImportOmatic Plug-in.
