The Group Sync formula type is a new feature. We would love to know how you're using it and receive feedback. Please email our support team to let them know!

The Group Sync formula repopulates the Luminate Online group each time the formula is run. The group is first emptied in LO and then populated with the records from the Altru query. Each time the records are sent over, the group is repopulated; therefore it is important to get all the records for the group into Ready to be pushed at the same time.

To create the formula, first select Group Sync.

Select the Altru query used for populating the group

Select the Luminate Online group. If this is a new group, the group must be created in LO first.

Only one Altru query to LO group can be synced at a time. If there are more group syncs needed, a new formula will need to be created for each one.
