If you attempt to add a constituent to a Group that does not yet exist in LO, Omatic Cloud will create a group with that name and type Donor Group. Be sure to note any casing or spacing in the name as Alumni and alumni will be seen as different groups and a new group would be created in Luminate.

If you attempt to add an Interest that does not already exist in LO, OC will ignore the request and add/remove any other interests in your formula that already exist in LO. Therefore, you must create interests before adding them.
