Answer:

This occurs when the Altru user is unable to execute the query. This can happen if the user doesn't have rights to a record type within the query. For example, if membership is included in the query, but the user does not have rights to membership.

Once the query or the permissions are adjusted, the query will be displayed in the drop down for selection.
