This error occurs because there is something wrong with the credentials provided for Altru in Data Sources. 

Sometimes you may encounter an error when entering credentials for Altru after trying to save.

Sometimes you may encounter an issue with the credentials after they were entered and saved. You will see an error from the Data Sources screen.

First ensure that the User name and Password are correct.

Next sign in to Altru,

1. Click on Home

2. Copy the URL and paste into the URL section of the credentials.
