This solution discusses how to locate gifts that have imported successfully but do not appear on the constituent record

If gifts do not appear on the constituent record after a successful import, please check RE: Batch for a gift batch that the records have been sent to and commit those gifts. This will allow those gifts to appear on the constituent record. 


To prevent this in the future, open the IOM profile and go to "Gifts" in the left hand navigation pane. Once under "Gifts", on the right of the view, de-select the check box to "Import Gifts to Batch". This settings change will allow gifts to go directly to the constituent record at the time of the import. (See Below):
