These are fields that we add so that they can seamlessly import individuals and organizations at the same time. It's all explained under Field Mapping Notes.

This should be happening and it is automatically added to the IOM profile. To proceed, set the columns to ignore if you know you will never be importing organization donations.  Do not delete the columns. Deleting the columns would cause a column mismatch error.  Please leave the columns in the IOM profile and set them to ignore and proceed as normal.
