To resolve, create a ticket with our Support team and send a screen shot of your RE Serial Number with the ticket. You may locate your RE serial number using the following steps: 

1. Open RE

2. Select "Help" from the menu bar

3. Select "About The Raiser's Edge". This view will show the serial number for your RE database.
