Occasionally multiple records in The Raisers Edge may have the same email address. The default behavior for matching in MailChimp is to match based on email. If multiple records are matched to the same email in MailChimp, the names with be overwritten.

For example: In RE, if Susie Jones and Mike Jones have the same email, when exporting to MailChimp Susie Jones will match to the email and update, and then Mike Jones will also match to that email and overwrite Susie Jones with Mike Jones.
