Record Radar is set up to look for zip code and zip code +4 which will sometimes pull in international postal codes.

Searching in a 15 mile radius of 20009

This is correct functionality for Record Radar. If you do not want to see the foreign addresses sort the resulting query to exclude non-US addresses.
