Description: This solution discusses locating exception files after importing
The file path where this file would be stored can be different for each user and at each organization.
The exception file will output to the file location designated within the profile that you used for your import.
To locate this file location, please use the steps below:
- Open Plug-Ins
- Select ImportOmatic
- Select ImportOmatic Configuration
- Select the profile in question and open
- In the left hand profile navigation pane, highlight and select "Files"
- At the bottom of the view on the right, the file path shown in the field labeled "Location for error/exception files", is where the exception files will be located.
*If the exceptions.csv file is not located in the file path location shown in this field, the path was either changed at some point or the import did not create any exceptions.*
