Description: Occurs when the default individual address type previously populated in the profile has been deleted within RE
Steps to resolve:
- Open IOM
- Open IOM Configuration
- Open the profile in question
- Highlight "Defaults" in the left hand navigation pane
- Select an organization address type from the drop down within the field labeled "Individual Address Type"
- Save and Close profile.
