Answer:

Open the Windows Control Panel
Select Programs or Uninstall a Program
Allow the list to load and highlight PosPay. Select to "Add/Remove" (Windows XP) or "Uninstall" (Windows Vista and up)
When the install window appears, select Remove PosPay
Select OK
