To resolve this error:

  1. Select to open the IOM profile in question
  2. Highlight "General Settings" in the left hand profile navigation pane
  3. Choose to "Change data source"
  4. Choose to "Attempt to update existing field mapping"
  5. Select to "Match existing fields by name"
  6. Select to Save
  7. When prompted, enter the connector login credentials and try again
