Steps to hide and unhide records in list view

Answer:

To Hide Records in a list:
  1. Select the records that you would like to hide by selecting and dragging, or selecting CTRL and clicking on the selected records, or using the Shift button to select a group of records
  2. Right Click on one of the selected records and choose the "Hide/unhide in list" option. This will hide the selected records from view in the list.

    Note: The record count at the top right of the screen will not change because there are still the same number of records included in the list, they are simply hidden from view.


To Unhide Records in a list:


  1. Right click in the column header and select "Show Hidden Records" a column will appear with check boxes that is labeled "Hidden".
  2. Select the records that you would like to unhide by deselecting and dragging, or selecting CTRL and clicking on the selected records, or using the Shift button to select a group of records
  3. Right Click on one of the selected records and choose the "Hide/unhide in list" option. This will unhide the selected records and make them available for viewing in the list.
