If the file is being created in a .csv file format, the file should not be opened in Excel before sending to the bank.
If you need to review the file, open the file using a text editor such as Notepad or Notepad++ instead of Excel. Excel automatically formats data, removing leading zeros from numeric values that it detects.
If you are using PosPay Web, then you may need to download the file to your pc/laptop before opening the file.
