Answer:

If the payment has been notified

There is an option in Settings, on the Module Settings tab, When searching, exclude payments that have already been notified. If this option is selected, and the payment has been notified, it would not show up in the results

Deselect this option and the payment will show up in the results

After the payment is in the grid, right click and choose Reset notification status

Choose the desired email template, right click to preview the email and then click on Send Emails

If the payment has not been notified

When searching for payments, make sure the correct bank account is selected in the drop down.

Choose the desired email template, right click to preview the email and then click on Send Emails
