Answer:

  1. Right click in the event management grid and choose Add sponsor
  2. Choose either Individual or Organization and click Ok
  3. You can apply a participant default set by selecting the set and clicking Apply. Otherwise, click Skip
  4. Proceed as normal entering the biographical information
