To apply a workflow during import:

1. In the profile, go to General Settings in the left side navigation pane
2. In the List Management box, check "This profile is for List Management"
3. Check the box next to "Apply task workflow after import"
4. Choose the desired workflow from the drop down

To apply a workflow to a list after import:

1. Highlight the list to which you'd like to apply a workflow
2. Right click and choose Apply task workflow
3. Choose the desired workflow from the drop down in the popup window and click Apply
