Description: How to add placeholder guests for sponsors

This functionality was added to EventOmatic in version 1.3.10. Click here to download the latest version.

Occasionally a sponsor doesn't provide the biographical information those he or she is sponsoring. Adding placeholder sponsorees for sponsors allows you to have an accurate count of participants 

1. Highlight the sponsor to which you're adding placeholder sponsorees

2. Right click, choose Add placeholder sponsorees, and choose the desired quantity

3. You can apply a participant default set by selecting the set and clicking Apply. Otherwise, click Skip 

To change biographical data as it becomes available, highlight the placeholder sponsoree and select Open participant. Update the biographical data as usual.
