Answer:
1. In order to use MailOmatic for Schools for generating statements, you must define the report parameters in the Mail --> Forms area of The Financial Edge/The Education Edge.
To see the custom statement template, the Statement format will need to be set to either STMSBUS1PP001 or STMSBUS1PP002 on the Format tab, under Statement Format.
2. Double check the path that is specified in Settings on the General tab next to "Template and report folder". (see below)
Go to that path location on your computer and make sure the statement template is named SBSTATEMENT.pdf.
