Answer:
This error results from an end user in your organization using an older version of IOM. The version will be prior to 1.9.2.137, released in February 2012. In this version, there was an update preventing users from running mixed versions of ImportOmatic.
- You must identify this machine with an old version of IOM, upgrade it to the latest version of IOM. Note: if that workstation still has IOM 1.9.1 or earlier, you will have to uninstall it from the Control Panel.
- At this point, you can go back to your original machine running the latest version and it should be running properly.
