there is no option to “edit” billing information and often, donors make typo
mistakes. It would be nice to have an option to manually pick-and-choose when
to send billing information to our source system, CRM, on a line-by-line basis. This would be a time-saving enhancement.
Good news! This work is planned and will be availble in our updated Omatic Cloud platform later this year.

The ability to edit source values within the Needs Attention grids is still planned for the enhanced platform of Omatic Cloud and the timeline is still being determined. We'll keep you posted as we get closer to a defined timeline.
