Hi Beth - You should now be able to have the html report automatically open when you run the POM plugin and choose Omatic Cloud. You can choose the "Open Pre-post/Post Report" and the html will automatically pop up for you so you can see a report giving you info about what has been created in the export files.

The Post Report generated from our Custom format is a pdf file and auto-opens upon completion. This allows the gift entry staff to validate the results after running the pre-post, before running the final post. Is there any way we can have the Cloud version open the html report upon completion? Having to navigate to the Files location on the Blackbaud server is cumbersome and will slow down the productivity.
