Wizard

• Fixed issue where example data was not consistently showing on the Data Mapping screen.  If available in the source system, up to 20 example records will now display.

Integrations/Formulas

• Improved reliability of loading the Integrations/Formulas screen and added a link to contact Support directly if there are any issues.
• Added Related Records column to the Integrations/Formulas screen.  Note: not all formulas support Related Record matching yet; to learn more click here.

Data Grids

• Fixed issue where deleted records would resurface as possible matches from your destination system

Salesforce

• Added ability to import Related Record sets.  For example, you can import two spouses to the same Household, and both will process through the full Contact matching rules in your formula.  Click here to learn more about how to import Related Records.
• Added Import Accounts and Any Object formula type, expanding the ability to import any combination of child objects, regardless of whether importing Contacts or Accounts as the primary object.  To learn more about using this new formula type, click here to read our updated Knowledge Base solution.
• Removed the obsolete Flat File to Campaign & Members Update formula type.  You can continue importing this type of data by using Import Contacts and Any Objects.
• Fixed issue where Omatic Cloud would attempt to match a GAU Allocation, even if the Opportunity or General Accounting Unit were new

Blackbaud CRM

• Expanded the endpoint to work with ‘Constituent interactions’ in BBCRM
• Added the ability to map to a ‘Default tribute letter’ in BBCRM
• Updated the Omatic Cloud system role for BBCRM to include the latest permissions.  Click here to get the new version.
