New Omatic Cloud Connector Update process!

We are writing today to update you on some changes to the release process for our Omatic Cloud Connectors. As you have likely noticed, we have been doing frequent updates. We recognize that the occasional need to refresh profiles can be burdensome to you so we want to be mindful of that impact. In order to help lessen the impact of frequent updates and to allow you to plan ahead, we are making some changes to our release process for the Cloud Connectors:

  1. If we are planning to push out an update to a Cloud Connector, we will post on our forums on Tuesday afternoon. In that post, we will call out any profile types that will require a refresh. If you do not see a forum post, that means that we will not be doing a release that week.
  2. All Cloud Connector updates will now be applied on Wednesday mornings between 8 and 10 am.
  3. Once the update is complete, we will post to the forum again.


In addition, we have created a new forum to specifically focus on Import Omatic Connector updates. You can access that forum here:

We will automatically subscribe all users who are currently subscribed to this forum, to the Updates forum as well. This forum will now be focused on discussions only.
