UK: using MoM with the consent module (RE7 patch12+)

We've had to stop using MoM since upgrading to patch 16 and introducing the consent module as consent items and solicit codes can exist in conflict post merge. There doesn't seem to be a way to resolve conflicts without RE admin rights and a lengthy manual process. Has anyone found a way round this? Thanks in advance.
