I have a file with constituent ID's and email addresses. I would like to run these through IOM and have the 'Email Comments' and 'Is Primary?' options included only when the email address is brand new.
If the email address already exists (and is therefor not updated on the record) then I do not want the 'Email Comments' and 'Is Primary?' options to be added to the old email address. Is this an option?
The out of the box IOM functionality doesn't have the ability to match email address or phone number values, it can only match based on type. This is something that could be accomplished through a customization in the IOM API.
