I am new to Bill-O-Matic. How do you find and download the users guide? I want to be able to send an email to parents letting them now that we are going to begin using the bill-o-matic system but I don't now how to send just an email (no attachments). Thanks

The documentation is attached to the latest version post in the updates forum, here:

To send an email with a report attached, just choose either the "Student Billing: General Email" or "Registrars Office: General Email" options. Always be sure to proof the email first, and don't be afraid to do a test run with co-workers first before blasting an email out to all your parents!  :)
