Question:  I received an error when trying to preview statements in Bill-O-Matic.  It was "An error occurred attempting to create the preview 'Input string was not in a correct format'."  How can we resolve this issue?

Answer:  Check IP address of the user’s PC.  Make sure that your internal exchange server will allow the relay of mail from your IP address.  This will resolve the error.
