I don't show that your organization currently uses MailOmatic for Accounting.  Are you looking for the install files for MailOmatic for Schools?  I show that you do have permission to download that product using this download link https://www.omaticsoftware.com/Forums/tabid/108/aft/1929/Default.aspx
