Is anyone sending a positive pay file from Blackbaud to Chase that includes payee verification? We have been sending positive pay verification for the check number and the dollar amount without a problem. We want to add payee verification. Chase is telling us that they cannot read our payee info because of the way the "pay to the order of" is stacked on our checks when it prints from Blackbaud. Blackbaud is saying that cannot be changed. Does anyone have any ideas?
