It appears I cannot access configuration either without getting frozen out of Raiser's Edge.

Hi Melissa, looks like our support team worked with you to resolve this through a support case, but in case anyone else is looking for a solution in the future and finds this thread, the issue was that the standalone version of MergeOmatic and the version included in ImportOmatic were conflicting. The short term resolution for this was to uninstall standalone MergeOmatic and use the one in IOM.
We've just upgraded to the new version of MoM and I am trying to scan a test group of records (less than 400) in a query. The query is attached, but when I click "scan", RE immediately kicks me out.
Any ideas as to why that may be?
